I came upon them in the hall, even as I was coming from Castor’s room, Aiden half dressed and Heavyn disheveled, obviously having come from his room.
I was relieved and some of my guilt receded. I was not the only one being unfaithful. And Aiden was no long an innocent.
He loves her and plans on leaving with her. I agreed that he should. Not only that, but that he should leave as quickly as possible.
He seemed angered that I didn’t try and fight for him and he asked me if I had been deceiving him. I told him less than I should have, but it was for his own protection. We both know I am not the woman for him. His life lies in the future of a blond. I hope she holds his heart with gentle hands.
I hope he's happy in Heavyn.
